We use Google Analytics (including Display Advertising and Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting)to collect non-personally identifiable information on site visitors and their use of our website and their visits to other categories of sites across the internet. The Voting Vault uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software,networking, storage, and related technology required to run The Voting Vault. Although The Voting Vault owns the code,databases, and all rights to the application, you retain all rights to your data.

• The Voting Vault may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.
• It may be necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities, including without limitation, fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

Changes

The Voting Vault may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
